any customer is dissatisfied with a purchase in any
way they can contact us within 30 days and we will
make an immediate and sincere attempt to correct
the problem to the customer's satisfaction. After 30 days all sales
are final.
Be sure
to include any packaging, parts and accessories.
We'll open the package to make sure everything is included.
Shipping fees, however, cannot be refunded. Please ship the
product back to us via UPS, FedEx or USPS, and we
strongly recommend that you insure the package. This
protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost
in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for itemswe
receive.
